      Sleep Paralysis and Lucid dreaming

So last night i had my first lucid dream and it was a very scary/exciting experince. It started as i couldnt sleep, i was drifting in and out of sleep as all my thoughts were focused on lucid dreaming as i wanted to have one so bad.So on to the dream.
Im at my grandpa's laptop which is about 5 feet from my room. I think to myself wtf this is weird and i remeber this website(dreamviews), it turns out thats the sight thats on the screen with the page about reality checks up. I think hey i should do a reality check and check the little clock in the corner of the computer screen. its weird, i cant remeber what exactly it said but i immediatly realize im dreaming. i stand up out of the chair and am extremely excitedas i say holy ***** im having a lucid dream then immediatly (this is the scary part)i wake up -now i sleep with my head under my pillow so this is how i got scared -im compleatly paralyzed arms legs except i can see and move my eyes and tounge which feels really btw. i immediatly recognise im awake but i cant move ,now i get extremely scared as im stuck with my head under the pillow as i get more and more scared and my adrenaline starts flowing. now i realize i can move my fingers they just feel extreamly heavy and i use all my strength i slowly gain movement in the rest of my body and roll over.

basically i had a my first LD which was cool because i've never experinced anything like it and if you didnt know you were dreaming and wake up after it you could swear it was real life as the dream seems so real.

Crazy isn't it? Lucid dreams are extremely hard for me to discern from real life, except with that hazy feeling that accompanies all dreams. Don't worry bro, your body has mechanisms for protecting itself, and sleep paralysis is one of them. When you wake up, and you are still paralysed. Focus on one part of your body and continuously will it to move. Once you get it to move, the rest of your body will 'unthaw' very quick.
God, grant me the courage the change the things I can, the serenity to accept the things I can't, and the wisdom to know the difference...

Yeah, WILDing, sometimes i find it fun, sometimes i find it kinda freaky. But I really enjoy those vibrations and being paralyzed. I just hate entering a false awakening. Well, it's perfectly safe. It's all in your mind. So dont feel scare. Just try to relax.......(or you can try to jerk yourself really hard to wake back up...that's what I do sometimes.)

Congrats on your first LD. If you have another case of sleep paralysis, just roll with it. Realize that you are safe, nothing can happen to you. You can use that SP to go into a LD. Just relax, and try to WILD. When you are in SP, then you know you are close, very close to dreaming, so just roll with it.
Never stop searching for truth. In your search you may think you have found it, and perhaps you have, but if you hold on tightly to a single thread it will fray and it's greater meaning will become lost. There is always more truth stretching deep beneath the surface that promises to reveal ever greater the infinite, interwoven fabric of truth, woven in the looms of Heaven.

Do you really know what happens if you roll w/it? I am not going to answer that!
If you want to enter a LD from SP, relax, & allow the dream imagery to appear...don't try to struggle.......or you could S____......... just relax & know that you will enter a WILD soon...& tell yourself that you are dreaming...that helps alot!
