OMGG so cloosee to a full on LD! with DEILD

i woke up in the morning around 8am-12pm i closed my eyes straight away, i was drifting in and out of sleep, then all of a sudden i hear what sounded like a jackhammer drilling through my head... my head felt like it was shaking / vibrating then i was dreaming... while still conscious! i was in some rainforest / park. when i entered the dream i said to myself i am in a dream! that only made the vibrating more intense but sadly i woke up because of it... it was amazing, i was trying to make things appear for the 5-10 seconds i was dreaming but i couldn't focus on anything but the jackhammer / earthquake inside my head would you say this was a DEILD or WILD? i had no intent on LDing that morning, i didnt even meditate or do anything to do with encouraging LDs last night

Congrats! You were not just close, you were in fact lucid, being lucid means knowing that you are dreaming, even for a second. I suggest checking out the stabilization techniques: http://www.dreamviews.com/articles/9...-tutorial.html , because it sounds like your dream was unstable, i personally suggest the 'engaging senses' and the 'rubbing hands' ones. As for whether it was DEILD or WILD, since you have opened eyes, i guess it counts as micro WBTB/WILD. *moved to Lucid Experiences*

Yeah, for me DEILD is actually really really fast, so it is just a straight up WILD. Good luck with more, it is very weird the experiences that you can feel with just your body with no drugs or outside interaction. LDing is the best. Good job on your lucid. Remember that tutorials can give you ideas, but experience is the best learner, Trying to replicate their experience is how almost all naturals learned. Use the guides for knowledge and experience for reference. You have found one thing that works for you.
