      My first lucid dreams!

Hey, I'm Theresa! I started getting interested in lucid dreams about two weeks ago. I started a dream journal twelve days ago, and last night I had my first *real* lucid dream... I think! Anyway, I'd just like to share my experience with you.
      The Dream:
I was in a huge office building, just wandering around by the front door. I was kind of upset about something, but I don't remember what. Eventually, I got so frustrated that I just ran through the front door and into the parking lot (which was nearly empty.) As I was running, I suddenly just *knew* that I was in a lucid dream! I thought to myself, "I don't remember getting in the car and driving to this place... I must be dreaming!" Then I realized I was lucid dreaming. I decided (without much consideration) to try flying. Still running, now outside, I semi-crouched down and then just sprang upward... I was flying! This is my first flying dream, too, because I never have these naturally. I kind of learned how to "float" myself down, and sprang up again. Then I just flew up and around the parking lot a couple of times.
The dream ended when somebody walked onto the parking lot, and I landed. I awoke soon after.

      Cool!

I am going to start a dream journal tonight... I forgot about it last night, but luckily I had no dreams .

So... it just sort of... appeared? You just... suddenly knew? That's cool. I hope to have some lucids soon.

Yeah! It was really weird... you're not even thinking about it, and suddenly it occurs to you. Kind of a reality check thing, but it happens so suddenly...
anyway, good luck with your lucid dreaming!

Great job with your first lucid dream. Try to experience stuff as much as you can. =]. You should also try to increase your clarity in your dreams, so it would look much clearer. .
