I like lucid dreaming but it scares me

So I have my first lucid dreaming 2 year ago, I was 16. I read some articles on google on how to get into lucid dreaming. The first time I tried is in the morning, I always ask my self to be in lucid state while my eyes are closed and I am relaxed. I already felt the things like hearing something, my body is not in normal feeling and more. After that, I fall asleep not attaining lucid dreaming but when I woke up, I got a sleep paralysis. I am really scared that I thought that I will be like that forever. I am trying to scream out but no words are coming out. I try to lift my arms, still no effect. after some time, I came back to normal and my heartbeat is fast because I am really scared.

The second time I lucid is when I try it again, I have successfully done it, In my dream I fall in my bed and then saw my own body sleeping, I first try to walk outside my room and In our window, I saw different kinds of animals outside. After that, I panicked so I am in a hurry to get back in to my body, I ran into my bed but I stopped in front of the door and closed my eyes. Slowly I feel this INCREDIBLE and really AWESOME feeling my body is slowly getting back to bed again. Everything happened for just like 10 or 20 seconds.

Today, I am 18 yrs old but I still have the fear of dreaming scary stuffs because I have a messy mind where I quickly shift things I think specially when I got panicked in lucid dreaming. And I am also scared of having sleep paralysis again.

Help me deal with it, I JUST WANT TO ENJOY MY DREAMS LIKE YOURS

Sorry If I have wrong grammars.

Sleep paralysis has nothing to do with lucid dreaming. If you don't have it on regular basis when normally going to sleep, you won't have it when lucid dreaming, so don't worry about it. Are you sure you got real sleep paralysis though? There's alot of misconception about it, be sure to read this thread: http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...explained.html
As for when you get lucid, remember that it's YOUR dream, you can do anything and there's nothing to be scared of, and don't think about things that are scary for you, and they will not come.

I don't really know if that is sleep paralysis but that feeling. you cant move or speak but my eyes can see. 1 time, it happens again to me when I woke up at night I know that I will lucid dream that time but I freak out so I just woke up.

I should try lucid dreaming again. I really like to exploreee in my dreams.

Well that depends on your mental state. If you think that you will be scared then you will be. Try going away from horror games or anything related to horror to stop you from thinking about it. Also, don't think about what bad things will happen in a dream because they probably will if you think that way.
