      First Experience and loved it!

      Hey there People,
So after a long time i had my first lucid dream this morning. the dream goes like this. I was walking with my friends and i am a little sick they are just walking and dont care about me and i am left behind. they are like 10 minutes away from me. suddenly i was aware that this is a dream and the weird thing was that i was not excited a little. so my friends are just going and . I started walking a little bit and jumped and i was flying up in the air! it was amazing experience and when i reached my friends the dream started to fade. i tried to stabilize it by rubbing hands but didn't work. So this is it guys. any tips for my next lds.

      Great job!
Next time stabilize first, and whenever you feel it fading. You can try engaging all your five senses next time or even try the spinning technique. Find what works for you.

Congrats on the first lucid dream!
I agree with Nagirroc, next time you could try stabilizing first and/or using the engaging senses method. Though the reason it didn't worked might have been that you were at the end of the REM, so it still worth a try.
Also check out this thread: http://www.dreamviews.com/general-lu...cid-dream.html , for many things to do in your next lucids.
Any idea why you weren't excited though? Were you excited when you were thinking about it before?

Thanks Naggiroc. Next time i definitely will stabilize first, specterslash - i am using dild and wild. But the dream was dild.
Checker - thanks, you always reply to my thread very nice of you. I really don't know why i wasnt excited maybe because i was ill in my dream. I hope i dont get excited in my other lucid dreams too.
