      My first lucid dream achieved!

      String of false awakenings.
Kept feeling sluggish. Couldn't breathe. Wheezing, trying to scream to My potential new partner to help. She's asleep on the sofa. Keep waking up, and trying to not think of scary things, the grudge appears.
Keep re awaking, I picture a girl behind the door and slowly open it. She's quite gothic. We just kiss.
Kept re awakening, I'm trying to fly. I keep bouncing. Feel the sicky stomach feeling, I kept bouncing higher and higher. The floor is getting further away. I keep jumping. I remember doing the neo jump from the matrix.
Re awakening, I can't breathe properly and there's an eerie feeling. The grudge is in the house again. Shes pinned me to the floor and i cant breathe. Scary as hell. I wake up again. There's more but I can't remember. I had about 10 false awakenings. I kept waking up and THINKING I was awake for real. Then the house just goes dead. The grudge just kept! appearing.
I remember holding my nose closes and my mouth closed. And still being able to breathe. I was like YESSS! I'm dreaming! I remember waking up and wanting to fly. And to check I was still dreaming, I did a reality check. It worked! i then FLEW. Well, jumped straight up like neo from the matrix. I haven't ever had one in almost a year! I finally got one!!

I wake up in my house AGAIN. and I because I thought of her, the grudge appears.
I spin and fall and picture a new scene.
I'm in what seems like a mix of London and Venice. Rowing a small boat and looking for somebody. There are sword wielding guards everywhere. I'm in a stream, swimming to sharpay from high school musical, of all people and thanking her. We embrace.

This is all very jumbled. I'm sorry. I've just woke up. I had to create a new account because I forgot the details to my old one. I'm sorry I'f I'm incoherent! I'm just so amazed and in awe of last night! I had literally wrote off lucid dreaming completely. My interest had died. Now....WOW!!!! I cannot wait. I know that you are not obligated to, but can anyone possibly give me tips, hints or advice on new lucid challenges or ways of attaining lucidity. The belief and confidence is definitely there! Omg....sorry guys....I'm just dumbstruck. Last nights dream was just off the charts.

      PEACE AND LOVE TO EVERYONE!

I can't stop GRINNING! I mean, apart from the chaos In my dream home, I had conscious trains of thought, I managed to perform a successful reality check. I shifted the dream scene. I also KNEW in my head, that I was creating scenes or situations that I was EXPECTING. the hard part is now KNOWING I'm in dreamland, and having fun. It was like exploring....I'm just so giddy right now!

Hope everyone enjoys their lucids as much as I seem to have enjoyed mine

Congrats on the first lucid dream!
So many false awakenings, they can be pretty trippy, haha. With this amount of false awakenings i highly suggest you to do reality check each time you wake up/get off the bed. Also do you have a dream journal? If not, start one, it not only helps with dream recall, but sets the mood for lucid dreaming and makes one think more about dreaming, thus increasing the chances for lucid dream.
Also when you practice reality checks, don't do it as just mechanical action. Before doing reality check look around and completely believe that you might be dreaming, then put emotions into it, like "Wow, am i dreaming?", and after that, do reality check itself while completely expecting it to show you that you are dreaming.
I suggest checking out those sections:
      Welcome
      Induction Methods
Remember to not change techniques rapidly though, stay consistent with one or a few techniques. As for what to do in lucid dream, check out this thread for some interesting goals: http://www.dreamviews.com/general-lu...cid-dream.html
Check out Lucid challenges and Task of the Year/Task of the Month too, especially if you are seeking for a true challenge
      Lucid Challenges
      Task of the Month
And also you could sign up for one of Dreamviews Academy classes: DV Academy , and especially intro class, they are pretty helpful when starting with lucid dreaming.
