-Why couldn't you wake up? You don' t have to shove a bottle up your throat, you can just think about waking up and close your eyes (that was pretty courageous though, I tried to kill myself in a dream but I chickened out lol). It' s not like inception; you can easily die in a dream and not wake up .
Also I think that the fear that you were experiencing made you stay. You might have feared to not be able to wake up.
-The two voices when you woke up probably were hallucinations. If you couldn't move, it might have been the outcome of the fear that you had during a sleep paralysis (SP) :
Yeah, i think i've probably made some inception relations unconsciously and then made a foundation on dream works at that, and when you explain it, it sounds so much more logical I don't have a network of "dreamers" around me so when I try to explain to a friend they don't get me at all. I've had a couple of lucid dreams, mostly i decide to fly then wake up, other dreams im not lucid but they are very clear. I only made this account because i was very scared after the experience.
Yeah the bottle in the throat thing was kind of a last resort, but i was very very aware that i was dreaming so i knew deep down it wouldn't hurt me. But still, this was my first extreme lucid experience, with complete awareness, i felt almost more aware in the dream than i do in real life so i was scared when it played out. Yeah the hallucinations thing was almost like, i could see my dream rip from the scene but at the same time i could see the wall in my apartment, so i layed 2 minutes watching the dream and the wall completely frozen. I also had a FA as you call, my first lucid though, when i think back iv'e had many.
Now when i've calmed down i've realised that the dream told me something very important about projections. Like when I meet a friend i already "know" him, i know what kind of humour he likes, what type of drinks, the things happening in his life and I automaticly "project" my own idea of "him" onto him, and that may be something to think about. Because if he leaves the room without me, he may be a completely different person, so we both project an "idea" onto each other.
I'm a deep philosopher, I study loads of text and tried a couple of drugs in spiritual purpose. This experience was probably necessary, so i shouldn't be scared. My next lucid I will try to control and make the best of it. So lucid dreams are new for me, so i have a long way to go. Thanks for your response, it made me see clearer
