      Lucid vibrations

Hello, im new to the forum and kinda new to lucid dreaming. I have know about it for a while and I now a whole lot about it but i have only recently started to try it. Well so far I have had about 3-4 lucid dreams. In all of them everything is really blurry and I then see everything viberating including my bodie. After a short time everything settles and I try to stabilize by lucidity. Sometimes everything starts spinning but when it stops everything usally ends up clearer. I wanted to know if any other people experience these vibrations. I usally get them after doing a WILD or maybe a DILD. Also even though i've been having some pretty good lucids I have not yet had one that is close to feeling like reality. Anyone have any suggestions to makeing them more real?

The vibrations are a common part of having an out-of-body experience. For both lucid dreaming and OBEs, the main idea is to get your mind awake with your body asleep, so I wouldn't be surprised if you're getting OBE vibes. After the vibes finish, you could probably just sit up and be out of your body. They certainly help me get out of body.

oh for the love of...that's got nothing to do with OBEs

Anyways...the vibrational stage is a key stage in WILDing and becoming lucid. There is a ton of threads about the different stages of WILD including the vibrations that you are experiencing. It's completely normal.

I am quite experienced with WILDing so if you have any other questions feel free to PM me anytime

For the love of it, yes it does have something to do with OBEs. Like I said before, being in that state, you are in optimal position to either leave your body or have a lucid dream.

It's not my fault if you don't believe in them, but please don't condemn something you've only experienced one side of. Of course they're common in WILDs--inducing a WILD is the exact same method you would use to induce an OBE from the waking state.
