Well my friend got these things called "Red Devils" they are a pill the actual name of the pill is Coriciden Cough and Cold. Now for the interesting part after having taken 8 of them you have to wait for a hour to an hour and a half. Now once they kick in your get a buzz sort of feels like you have had 5-10 beers in other words you feel really wasted. Now i realized when i was at school i set my head down on my desk. This is where it got really cool. You know when you see full images in your head but they fade away? When I had my head on my desk I could keep the images in my head. I could even manipulate them and make them do things. For instance I played a few levels of Super Mario Bros. In my head it was crazy. I got home and went to bed still feeling the full effects of these pills. My dreams were amazing. They were so vivid and so real I could of swore I was awake better yet I had full control over everthing in the dream the people the surroundings myself it was amazing. Anyways just wondering if anyone else has tried these pills before? |

Yes, I have used something similar, dextromethorphan (DXM for slang), which is the active ingredient in Coricidin. I *strongly* recommend not taking Coricidin for a high, though. Coricidin contains other active ingredients, which when taken in high doses like that can cause serious liver damage and in some cases, death (someone in my town actually, for example). There are much much safer forms of DXM, which I can elaborate on more in a Private Message, but is probably not appropriate to expound on in the forum. |

Never stop searching for truth. In your search you may think you have found it, and perhaps you have, but if you hold on tightly to a single thread it will fray and it's greater meaning will become lost. There is always more truth stretching deep beneath the surface that promises to reveal ever greater the infinite, interwoven fabric of truth, woven in the looms of Heaven.

Yeah it is very possible to damage your liver permanently if you take DXM on a regular basis, which is why it is good to either use it in strict moderation or, better yet, not at all. I still do use it occasionally but I also take supplements for my liver and ginko biloba to counteract the temporary memory impairment. Even though it can boost lucid dreams I still believe it's best to not get into it. For some people it can be habit-forming and not everyone acts responsibly, so it's best not to take any risks. As lucid dreamers we should be able to rely on our own abilities to achieve lucid dreaming and not a chemical. |

ive done dxm a bit, im not really a drugs kind of person anymore but yeah it was ok, a dissassociative or whatever tho so some people really dont like it, and some people do, the robowalk is not cool, feel very wrong |
Okay so i have heard of robo itch and robo walk wtf are you talking about |
when one booby goes... other boobies follow...
u generally have to drink a whole bottle or so of robitussen maximum strength cough syrup to feel any significant effects, alot of cough syrups have other crap in them that when taken in large doses will kill you, search for dxm on the web if you are interested, robo walk is because of some weird effect dxm has, makes it hard to move your arms and legs, almsot stiff so you appear like a robot, also search on google for this, why dont people ever use google geeze lol |
"Robo-walk" is the characteristic walk on DXM where you sort of walk stiff-legged and unbalanced, a little robot-like. "Robo-itch" is the itch that occurs in some people after ingesting large amounts of DXM. It is a histimine response that causes itching, but not too many people get it, maybe 25 percent. The "Robo" part of the name is actually more in reference to the slang for Robitussin, Robo. |
