I had my 4th lucid today, but unlike my past lucids which end in 15 or second, this one lasted a good 5 minutes and was really vivid.

So im at the vets, but its located in the middle of swamp and its all dark everywhere. My grandfather and i are sitting on the bench and right underneath us are huge tarantulas, so we both move our feet up onto the bench. After a while my mum and sister are leaving the and vet says the shops closing. The lighting is getting very dark and i tell my grandfather to come with me, but hes not moving and i hear the car drive away. In the fear of being left behind with this tarantulas in the dark i panic, but then i think to myself "this cant be real my mum would never leave my grandfather alone", i tried a RC and that's how i became lucid ( a weird way to become lucid huh?)

The first thing that started to happen; that always happens to me when i become lucid, is that my dream starts to collapse, fortunately i had read up on how to stabilise your dream a few days ago. So i started to focus on the details of the palm of my hands and started to call out "STABILISE LUCIDITY" a couple times, to my amazement it actually worked.

The first thing i did was of course.. FLY. Which i got the hang of immediately. It looked like i was flying over the map of GTA 5. After a couple minutes of flying i woke up in my old house on the sofa with a family friend there. i was thinking on doing a RC in the dream, but because i had just woken up from a lucid, i was thinking this wouldn't be a dream, after a while i decided to do a RC and it turned out i was dreaming but then i woke up IRL.

This was a BIIIIIGGG improvement for me. The method i tried was the SSILD http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...eam-ssild.html.
