Thread: false awakenings.

they are driving me CRAZY!!! i get one almost everyday. some times i will have false awakenings of me waking up every single minute or 2 mins. why is this happening? is there a way to stop them. at first it was cool now its just plain annoying.

It is inevitable that you will find opposition from the Subconscious Mind when your purpose is to destroy its own created Dream Content. You need to understand that when your orientation in Lucid Dreaming is toward being the enemy of your Subconscious Mind, then you should expect to experience some opposition as it tries to defend itself.
