Thread: Eternal Moonlight of the Spotless Mind

I enjoyed your description of LD . I think the geography and architecture created by the mind when dreaming is one of the most fascinating aspects of this . As I gain greater dream control I am looking forward to exploring lost cities and going into the strange towers and dream castles I see . This reminds me of what 19th C. Romantic poets and writers describe in their opium visions , Coleridge and De Quincey seem to have visited extraordinary cities of the mind which resemble visions we have in LD's .

I have no doubt the mind contains volumes of information regarding every facet of life as we know it.

What I find interesting, is how the subconcious can conjure up problems and answers we hadn't known were stored.

hehe, my friends dream, she turned into a fish and discovered an ancient civilization underwater, she said she thought it was atlantis, but it was off the coast of japan lol she said she swam into a pipe in a shipwreck and the pressure morphed her into a fish lol. I know this hasnt got much to do with the topic, except for the fact that her brain could produce a whole underwater civilization, she actually told me the name of a ridge in the ocean it was near, but I have a feeling thats due to research of the sea around japan using the internet hehe.
