      My 3rd LD

The dream was real weird. I had no control and kept asking my friend if I was in a dream and he kept noding his head. I could not change the enviroment or make people and objects appear in front of me. When I tried to fly I just fell. Im suprised I dodn't wake up it felt like nails being driven into my chest. I want controle could anyone help me out?

You need more confidence... For example, If you don't believe you can fly, you can't.

Just try to run, jump in the air and KNOW that you will catch yourself.

That way, at least, it worked for me.

Creating objects can be kind of tough at first. What you may want to try is thinking the object you are trying to create is behind something. Then walk over to whatever it should be behind (or in like a box) and see if it's there. More than likely it will be.

If you want to create people, try opening a door and imagining that person behind the door. That usually works for me.

But in my other LD I could make people and objects and fly but not very high. When I would fly I could get going then there was like a force field when I went over about 100 feet. I wasn't able to change my surrounding. But at least it was a mix of my camp and a highschool. My third LD was a mix of my house and a junk yard lol. But you know what I find weird, I ussually have a LD when I am realy excited about something and I cant take my mind off of it. Then I transfer that thought into a LD then I get excited about haveing a LD. When this happens My mind can't think of anything else. After that I do a HILD watch the random images as I am completly relaxed. When I feel like I am spining then I hold on to the last image I saw. It ussually turns into a LD. Am I doing anything wrong?

Nope, i don't think you are doing anything wrong. All those things have happened to me.

What you may want to try to get about that force field is think of something to shout that can bring you higher up in the air.

I remember I ALWAYS had this problem, then one day I decided to shout: "FLY HIGHER!" or "ONE STEP HIGHER" to bring me up more in the air. That is how I was able to get in orbit above the earth to do the advanced LD task. Normally I couldn't get more than a few thousand feet in the air. Yelling things seems to really work well for me. Give it a shot, i bet it will work for you too!

Creating objects was easy for me the first time.

      I just said

      "Give me a clock."

And there was one right in front of me! I didn't even close my eyes or look away, it just appeared!
Anyway, as others said: You need confidence!
