Yesterday i posted a thread talking about how i was getting flustered i wasn't getting lucid. So the whole day i cut back on my ADA although i still tried to do it regularly. Anyways tonight i went to sleep and a time in my dream i had a cut on my knee and i could see through the cut to the other side of my knee. And i thought it was weird and how i also felt no pain. So it hit me i think i'm dreaming. I went to go reach for my nose and i could feel myself moving in real life. And when i plugged my nose i woke up. I don't know if i almost had a lucid because i was waking up anyways or if the lucid woke me up. Either way this made me really happy i got to realize i was dreaming in my dream for the first time. Have you guys experienced something like this? If so is there a way i could stay in my dream next time? Thanks in advance! |

Dreams are today's answers to tomorrow's questions. ~ Edgar Cayce
I'm pretty sure i was deep in my dream. There was a lot that led up to the point of when i realized i was lucid. Maybe i got too excited but it kinda felt like i was just starting to wake up anyways. Its hard to explain and sorry if i confused you more |

It is very possible that you were nearing the end of the dream when you became lucid, and your body was naturally waking up. Regardless, that is considered progress and technically, a lucid dream! Congrats! |

Sure! You can, but it is limited.Dreams don't last as long as you think, they represent real life or your imagination, lucid dreaming on other hand is a different story.Being conscious in your dream is a hard task. Why?Because your brain is multi-tasking he is creating your dream and keeping you conscious which is hard and will not last a long time. But don't worry |
