Thread: First Lucid!

It was incredible. The dream itself sucked but it was the best Ive ever had. I felt SP inside the dream. I couldnt move but I have done SO MUCH RESEARCH into lucid dreaming I got excited. I lost the first sp but I stayed concentrated and got it again. Its lasted about 15 seconds and I was In my science class room. I felt like I was naked at first but I was like " I guess my hard work finally paid off." I even had DC's there. About twice I felt like tje dream was destabilizing but I rubbed my hands together and It worked! It was awesome. I even had slight control. With the hours of research I had done, I never couldve imagined something like this. Its been about 3 weeks when I first read about lucid dreaming. I have 1 question though. I was attempting WILD at the time with little luck. I decided to turn over to fall asleep faster. I guess that worked but I have also been extensivly practicing awarness and self awarness with many rc'sduring the day for DILD. How do you guys think I got it? I feel like it was the WILD because I felt SP inside the dream for a very brief amount of time. I want to know this so O can practice that technique more. From what I heard though is that WILD is very difficult for a first lucid dream but not impossible.
