      Space City

I took a break from the forum for about a week and had two very long, cool lucid dreams. Here's the first one that took place on a huge space city, enjoy

I sat there on the sofa watching the football game at John's dorm. John was a good friend of mine who worked at the air system with me that converted all the CO2 that we breath out on the space city into air. It was a good job, it paid good money, or at least enough to put food on the table for me and my wife. The other day someone had been caught once again converting CO2 into illegal gas that made you high and selling it for about 100 credits a tank. But he was put into the detention center, and now he is sitting behind a force field doing nothing. Just then I heard John start cussing at the hologram because the Titans were down about 12 points and it was in the last quarter. Football was over 2,000 years old, and the earth was gone so why bring back memories of that planet. I looked at the clock and it was about 11:00 pm, and the game was over. I walked back to my dorm and pressed my thumb against the pad and the door slid open. Heh my wife was already asleep, so I climbed into bed and ordered a wake up call at 6:30 from the computer terminal. And then I fell asleep.

I woke up from the sound of the news on the hologram of my terminal. I got up got dressed and noticed something, she was gone! I looked where she had slept that night and I found a tranquilizer dart. She had been taken away from me by the government, but why. I was so pissed off I went over and punched the window out, and then I saw something, a message, floating there over the terminal. I read it and it said.

"You have been convicted for using factory equipment to make illegal drugs, instead of taking you to the detention center we have taken your wife as punishment. She is now a test subject of Genetic Manipulation Industries. The chances of her dying in those experiments are very great, any resistance against the government or GMI will result as life in the detention center, thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely, Admiral Mark Williams, Class 3."

I stared at the terminal, I read it over and over and over. I had never done such a thing, it was wrong. But I could not believe it, she was gone, forever. "NO! I WON'T BELIEVE IT, I REFUSE TO! I WILL GO OVER THERE AND STEAL HER BACK AND CAUSE THEM ALL THE HELL IN THE UNIVERSE THAT IS POSSIBLE!" I went and opened my sock drawer, I moved some socks and grabbed my E-11 fusion pistol. It concentrated blasts of fusion and fired them out of the gun, it was capable of melting through 3 feet of solid titanium. I hadn't shot a gun in so long, I stared at it, was I really gong to kill someone? OF COURSE I WAS! She was taken to be killed in genetic experiments, and as long as I live I will protect her with my own life.

Just then I heard a knock on the door. I loaded the gun and loaded a hydrogen pellet in the combustion chamber. I opened the door and grabbed the man, smashed him to the wall and pointed the blaster at him. "What do you think your doing!!??" he asked.
"JOHN, I'm so sorry I had no idea it was you!"
"Do ya mind telling me what the gun is for?"
"She's gone John take a look around, the government took her and shipped her off to GMI!"
John looked in awe. "I can't believe those bastards! Why, what did you ever do?"
"They think I was making drugs at the factory."
      "What a bunch of bull!"
      "I know."
"I'm gonna help ya get her back, even though that place is about 15 miles away and they have probably shut down your public transportation privileges."
"NO! You can't, don't you understand, the penalty for resistance is life in prison, and for murdering someone the penalty is DEATH!" I looked around, my face was red. "No you have to stay here and take care of your family, they can't afford to loose you."
John looked at me, I saw a tear go down his cheek, that was the first time I had seen him cry.
"Well then," he said "I can only hope that you don't die at the age of 26, I'll be praying for you, good luck my friend."

I stepped out my door, I could hear the hover train go above me, I wish I could take it, but if the thumb scanner finds out I'm going to GMI I'll be arrested. I started walking, keeping the gun hidden under my jacket. I knew that when GMI takes in prisoners it usually takes about a day or two to before they start experimented on them, a friend of mine had had his son taken away because he had been caught a unregistered space craft. I only hope she is okay.

      (Menwile at GMI)

She woke up laying down in a bed had about an inch of padding. She saw an opening and walked toward it in order to get out of this place. BAM! The shock from the force field threw her back about 1 meter, she almost hit the wall of her cell. Where was she, where was her husband, he had been at Johns last night watching football. She wondered what she had don't to end up in a cell in place that looked like a hospital. Just then the guard came walking down the hall.
"Excuse me sir, where am I?" she asked politely
"Heh they must of taken you wile you were asleep. Your at GMI, here I'll get one of the managers in here to answer all your questions."
He took his watch and pressed a button on it and said, "I need a manager in here at section D cell 27, looks like we got another prisoner taken in her sleep."
He turned to her and said, "Oh yeah here's lunch." Then he opened the cell and put down what looked like a sandwich and then left.
"GMI I'm going to be killed," she thought "Where is my husband, I hope he is okay."
And she sat in the cell and nothing happened for many hours later.

(Menwile on the streets of the space city)

I was about 3 miles away from GMI, and I was very tired from running. I felt as though as my legs were going to give in. I had to get there fast, I had to get a ride. I called for a taxi and a short man with a goat T flew up in the yellow cab. I got in and pressed my thumb on the pad, computers were still not advanced enough to drive so we still had humans doing it.
      "Where to?" he asked.
      I plainly said "GMI."
"Says here you've been convicted and are to report to the detention center for attempted resistance."
I pulled out the blaster and pointed it at his head, "GET OUT!" I yelled. "I don't want to have to shoot you."
The cab driver jumped out and I got in the drivers seat. I floored it and flew straight for GMI at about 360 kph.

When I got to the structure it was massive, they had their own star port! I jumped out of the cab and walked to the glass doors. They were locked and right next to it was a thumb pad. I wasn't doing that again though, there had to be another way in, and there wasn't. It only took one shot to break the door, and immediately after that the alarm and lock down sequence began. I ran up to the lobby security guard and he pulled out a rifle on me and cocked it. I didn't want to do any fatal damage so I hit his arm and he fell to the ground. I saw a vent that looked like I could fit in it and removed the panel and jumped into it. the alarm was still on and it was beginning to become very irritating, then I overheard a conversation below. I peaked through the grate and saw two men, one was a guard and the other, Admiral Mark Williams, it couldn't be, what was he doing here at GMI? Then he began to speak.
"We captured a woman a few hours ago and she is being held prisoner at section D cell 27," he said "we believe her husband is trying to rescue her, you may shoot him on sight."
      "YES SIR!" yelled the guard.
Then I heard the vent start to crack, and I fell through into the room.
"Well well well, tried to sneak around through the ventilation system did we? You've been convicted of making illegal drugs and firing at an officer, we have every right to shoot you."
"So why don't you? You've got me right where you want?"
"Hey, what do ya know I should."
BANG! A green beam burned through my arm and went into the floor and I let out a scream that anybody in the complex could of heard.
"Lock him in a cell!" the admiral yelled.
At that very moment I pulled out my E-11 and shot him in his hand, and as I did I saw his thumb fly and hit the wall. The guard pulled out his gun and I threw the hardest punch I could and knocked him in the face. He was out cold and the admiral started to run away. But he was not my first priority right now. I picked up his thumb and slipped it into my pocket and started for the prisoners wing. As I came to the door I pressed the admirals thumb against the pad for clearance, and headed toward section D. I came upon an elevator which took me to the section. All I had to do now was count down to cell 27. 25, 26, 27, it was empty. I saw a guard and approached him.
"How did you get in here civilian, where's your clearance?"
I pointed the blaster at him and said "This is all the clearance I need, where's the woman in cell 27?"
"Hey man take it easy, she was just taken down to the lab for testing."
      "Where is that?"
"Just take the elevator to the basement, it's pretty easy from there, man would you just put the gun down, I don't wanna have to hurt ya."
"Shut up and get in that cell, I've had enough trouble from you people today!"
The guard did as he was told, and I started for the lab.

The lift hit the bottom and the doors opened to reveal a dark metal corridor. When I got to the end I opened the door and there she was. She was in a glass tube filled with some sort of liquid. The tube ran from the floor to the top of the room. she had a air mask on, and she seemed to be unconscious. Just then a beam hit right beside me.

"I'M GONNA KILL YOU FOR SHOOTING OFF MY HAND!" screamed the admiral.
"Take it easy man, just put the gun down."
Then I noticed something, I noticed that I had seen the admirals face before, but where. I wend Lucid, I had seen the admirals face before in other dreams. Was it possible he was my dream guide, was it possible that he was a guy who stalked me in my dreams? Whoever he was I hated him and I didn't want him around any more.

With me lucid and completely in control, I yelled at him "You will stay out and never come into another dream of mine again!"
"What are you going to do, kill me? You know you can't your to weak!"
"No, I can't, but space can."
With the power of a thought a tore a giant hole in the wall, and in the hole was nothing but outer space. I had ripped a hole in the space station and in mere seconds he was sucked out into space. The sudden change in air pressure made him expand 3 times normal size, and then he exploded. He was gone forever. I sealed the hole back up and broke the tube my wife was in, she was still not awake, but she was breathing.

We had to get out, out of the space station itself. I flew out carrying my wife, I flew up to the star port and stole a ship. I had decided that we were going to the nearest planet we could live on. We were fugitives now and there was nothing we could do about it. The world started to fade, but the dream could not end, I had to get out of the station. So I flew the star craft right through the roof of the city. I woke up minutes later as I was flying away into the stars.

That was... So.... COOL!!!! Oh my god that was cool!

That should be a Movie or something. So vivid and detailed! Wow.
The best times of your life should not be when you're still so young, or else you'll live a life always dreaming of the past.

That's the coolest thing I have heard in a while. As someone mentioned before, it could be movie plot or something. Very detailed.

      Are we dreaming?

      Man what a sweet dream!

Good thing you went lucid when you did, or else the outcome might have been a bit different.

Lol thanks all of you for your comments, I'm going to post another soon that I had a few days ago. I don't think it will be as good though, it was about a city on the moon and the fight for the very air you breath. But once again I got lucid in the end

Yup I agree it was a great read. It does sound like it could be some kind of Motion Picture.
