      But what was that feeling?

Well first, thank you guys for welcoming me, this is a great website.
As for that wave of bliss that went from head to toe, I dont know what to make of it. It hard for me to explain what it felt like, but it was the happiest Ive ever felt before. Almost a happiness not possible in the waking world. WHAT WAS IT?! I saw a few others reported something similar... any comments anyone?

ahhhh...just..something that can happen in lucid dreams. emotions can amplify ten fold.

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.

LOL. I know how you feel. The moment I feel happy I know right away that I'm dreaming and its play time. You just feel good all over like the sun is shinning right on you. Then you wake up, and BAM its all gone. I can actually feel this joy and happiness draining from my body as I'm waking up...back to the real world .

The key is to remember that wave of happiness and bring it back with you into the waking world.

I am pretty much happy and serene most of the time. I belive it is something I have learned from or is a side effect of lucid dreaming. Just a sense of peace and well being.

      It's pretty wonderful!

I've felt the same thing while I was awake and trying to fall asleep.
      It felt absolutely amazing...

I don't know if you have already read this post I made but... http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1943

I experienced a similar feeling of happiness and beauty, and I'm happy that I'm not the only one

      love it

Yeah, I love that feeling of total relaxation that can lead to this wonderful body buzz feeling when you're falling asleep. One time I came close to weeping with joy due to my euphoric bliss. Now that's a beautiful thing. Hehe.
