I am a new poster, and am seeking advice re a series of dreams I have been having over the past 12-18 months. I often experience a sense of evil in my dreams. One recent dream had an actual manifestation of an evil presence, followed by an intervention by Gabriel. Last one featured OBE/flying/floating??? with me entering a building (a multi storey hotel which had been destroyed by fire). I was surrounded by wraiths (obviously those who had died in the fire). Again I was not frightened but purposeful - I located two souls still \"alive\" and saveable, which I removed from the hotel.

Another was a plane crash on the ocean floor in which the dead had become zombies. Vampires also feature in others.

I have no control over my OBE's and can't honestly say whether these dreams are linked to OBE's. However, have had OBE's where I am trying to escape from land bound entities trying to pull me back to earth.

What the hell is going on?????

I hope u don't mind me asking: how do u tell the difference between a dream and an OBE?

The flying aspect is common in lucid dreaming, because you realize (even to a small degree) that you won't be hurt. I have found in my lucid dreams that I fly, know I am sleeping, but still have great difficulty controlling the flying. OBE's are generally experienced as a part of sleep paralysis, where the person "sees" themseves outside of their body and is able to move around. Since this is a part of sleep paralysis, it begins in the room where you fall asleep, as you fall asleep or wake up. Since you are not in your room where you experience this "flying" it is still a part of your dream. As for the presence of evil, I would be inclined to tell you that you shouldn't worry about it. Everyone has cryptic dreams, almost all of which are harmless. I would suggest taking notes of these dreams right when you wake up. This will help you look for trends and come to the source of your dreams!
