You're off to a good start, Cowbox, as far as WILD is concerned.
However, you will firstly have to be in the midsts of a full-blown dream, then transition into a lucid dream. A lucid dream doesn't technically start until you realize you are already dreaming. This is true, at least, for the large majority of us. Some of the Tibetan dream yogis are said to be able to transition straight from normal waking conscious through the H.I., through the deeper levels of sleep, and then right on up into the REM portion, where they are immediately met with a lucid dream, because they never lost their lucidity, even through dreamless sleep. This, however, I think comes with A LOT of practice. Practice, the likes of which, are probably not met by anyone on this forum, in terms of experience.
Although, the wake-back-to-bed method is probably the closest technique to the one I just described, which is waking up after a few hours of sleep, waiting for a little while while focusing on the intent to dream, and then going back to sleep while doing a WILD. This jumps you into an REM cycle much faster, and is more likely to drop you into a dream more alert, aware, and ready to realize that you are dreaming.
To answer your question, no you haven't broken into a lucid dream yet. But as far as WILD goes, you're on the right track. Just keep holding on to your consciousness, while trying not to come completely out of the relaxation. Try to let your body drift off to sleep while keeping your mind alert for as long as you can, even when you're looking at nothing but the void for quite a while, just continue your awareness.
