tp Seeker: thanks, too. I've come close to having a lucid dream a couple of times, but that was first actual one. I definately need to have more and practice. I'm going to be reading through the site, and the forum to learn new information and to see what other's have had happen to them.
to StickFigure: no problem! I think that if you have negative thoughts, it subconsciously has negative impact on keeping lucidity. May instead of thinking of how to stay lucid, try not to think about a time limit, or remaining lucid at all. just concentrate on doing something like flying, or meeting someone, that way, your subconcious mind wont concentrate on lucidity, but remain on the task of dreaming.
Anyone else have thoughts on this?
