      First Lucid Dream (since forurms)

I was on vacation and had a few days away from the forum.
      But i obtained a short/pleasurable lucid dream.

You see the formula for this Lucid dream is really something else. The whole day i spent at an extremely loud band practice (5 hours) and then when i was going to sit down i got beckoned to play a basketball game. So when i was done with activity for the day i was fing destroyed.

I stayed up half the night with my buddy playing Sim City 4 (hooked now) and fell asleep on an ajar couch.

This couch was uncomfortable, too short for me with arms way to high to put your legs on comfortably, the room was cold, the pillow was small and hard, and i had no blanket. I woke up at five am. Unable to find a blanket i played Sim City for 4 hours and went back to bed at 9am when everybody started waking up. Slightly more comfortably i feel asleep and obtained two somewhat lucid dreams. I could hear my friends brattly little sisters and bitchy father the whole time.

I was flying. I was wondering how it was that my brain didnt become overloaded like a a computer would when looking at the buildings bellow. I soon woke up.

So when its said and done i have some questions: Does crappy, messed up conditions help with dreams in general? Like being constnatly dragged further to reality?

Your brain still records sensory input while you sleep. I suspect all of this input was keeping some part of your brain active enough for you to become Lucid.

      WOOT, Congrats!
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
