Yep.... not lately though, but when I get my quitar I can never remember them anymore. |

Last night I had a dream where I was going to play live, and I suddenly forgot all my songs! I told my drummer just to do a straight beat and we'll improv. So I get out there on stage and start playing, and I play this kick ass riff I never thought of before. Some other stuff happened and then I woke up. I went and grabbed my guitar and tried to play it, but I could never get it to sound right! Does this happen to anyone else? |

wow that REALLY sucks. it's frustrating. was this a lucid dream? |
|
Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.
If you get lucid again try to play it again, because you've got a better connection with your subconcious. |
|
yeah, It was.. I tend to go along with my lucid dreams, because changing them really screws me up. |

some of the best music I've ever heard in my life has come to me in dreams, but I've never been able to recreate any of my "Dream Riffs" in the waking world. I feel good however, knowing that these songs are floating around somewhere in my subconcious as we speak. |

"A scary dream makes your heart beat faster. Why doesn't the part of your brain that controls your heartbeat realize that another part of your brain is making the whole thing up? Don't they communicate?"
