      The same place.

      Hi all.
Does anyone else while LDing come across the same place in different dreams? I have had many dreams in different places but if I go into a tiolet its always the same one. Its a big room with tiolets and like a shower room mixed. Its always the same.

      thx

There's this old house that's been in my dreams since i was very young. The last few times I've been there, just seeing the place has made me go lucid.

It's abandoned, but not dirty. It's obvious no one's lived there in a long time. There are some sections where the floor, or most of it, has fallen out into a bottomless pit. I've never fallen in or dropped anything to check that, but I know it is, just the same. There are false walls, and secret passageways, and cramped, akward tunnels all over the place. You can never tell exactly where they are going to lead. One time while i was there, I found a fountain that dispensed all the hard apple cider you would ever want!

There're other places, as well. There's this alternate-universe version of my old back yard, and it's much, much larger, and filled with areas that will spontaneously flood or become swamp, or even, sometimes, become one big pond. It's also filled with huge, towering cottonwood trees that have ropes hanging from them that you can use to swing all over the place.

There's this sort of strange self-contained realm that is dark, and a little depressing, although few of the dreams that take palce there are themselves sad or anxious. It's an easy place to get into, but hard to get out of, and it's filled with abandoned factories and old machines that don't make sense to look at. There are shanty-towns all over the place, and an "academy" of which I have, at times, been a student, yet I don't know what they teach there. Possibly some kind of combat.

I've been to "heaven" many times, and it's never looked the same way twice. It's always wierd, though, and extrememly unlikely to represent anything heaven would be likely to resemble. It's always a pleasant-enough place, but it seems my mind doesn't even bother trying to render heaven with any accuracy, since I pretend to no knowledge of what it could actually look like. There are usually more fictional characters than dead people there.

There's this giant commercial city, filled with shopping centers, spas, and shops of every kind you can imagine. It's always clean, and it's designed with pleasing aesthetics, but It's boring, and I never have a good time there.

There's a sprawling, bungalo-style apartment that I seem to own, it's decorated in a lot of warm colors with intricate tapestries and turkish rugs. It's full of wine and pizza, and there are always lots of people, both friends, familiar DCs, and random DCs there. That place is always a party, but my dreams that take place there tend to be unstable and I am often prone to waking.

I have had the experience of seeing a place in my dream and then finding it in real life. I however think that I must have been there at somepoint b4(although have no memory of it) as its only 5 miles away from my home. It was a very strange feeling of recognition. Maybe something to do with past lives. who knows?

      Weird!!!

I go to the same place!!! I thought I was the only one. I have been tryin to figure that one out for ages! I go there a lot, and there are people there, not naked, but changing and things.

      Strange.

      But cool!

I also, have dreams where iN am in my own house nd it is very old, mine is all falling apart. I don't think it is the floors that are fallin gapart it is the walls. My dream also has secret passage ways and I know that when I go in them I am safe. As if theya re my secrtet only.

These passage ways do lead me to many places. And I have been in my homes that have them. Very cool.

Wow! I am finding a lot of similarities with my experiences on here!

      Thank you!

You are most welcome. If you ever find an apple-cider fountain, let me know.

What's really interesting is when you start noticing regions that you have been in before. I have noticed that about forty percent of my dreams, lucid or not, seem to take place in one of the places I mentioned above.
