Wow, second time lucid, but 4 at once! New technique?

      This was unbelievable.

I woke up this morning at 7, and closed my curtains better. I got back to bed, and drifted to sleep. I became lucid instantly (nr 1, maybe WILD?), and flew and did some other things. Then I had a false awakening, and recognized it instantly (nr 2). Did some cool things, like flying, going to icecream island with mountains made of italian ice cream and diving in the sea while breathing. Then I had another false awakening, and was in my bed. I did an RC, and I was still dreaming lucid (nr 3). I went through the glass of my window, and flew to the sea (somehow I knew where it was). I did many cool things, i'm not gonna write it all down, too much work LOL. Then I woke up, for real. But I said to myself that I wanted to go back to my dream. And it worked immediately! (nr 4). I looked at my clock when I woke up for real the last time, and it was 9 o'clock I lucid dreamed for 2 HOURS!!

So I think I've found my technique (I think I'll call it Morning Lucid Dreaming Technique )

This only works for people who wake up naturally an hour or 2 before they have to get up. I told a friend of mine, and he set his alarm for 2 hours before, and it didn't work.

      1. Wake up 2 hours before your alarm.

      2. Do a small thing, like closing your door, or closing your curtains better. Just something small.

      3. Go back to bed, and think "Wow, wouldn't it be wonderful to lucid dream right now?" and drift to sleep. When you think you're almost sleeping, just keep telling yourself that you'll realize that you're dreaming immediately. After about 3 minutes, you will probably see HI. when you see something you like, tell yourself to stop that image. Jump in. Now you're lucid!!!!! Have fun!

I had 2 lucid nights (If I count this one as 4 dreams, then I have had 5 lucids) because of this technique. It has worked 100% for me.

good job! though before you start patenting it as a new method, you may want to wait a few times to see if it reoccurs or if it was just a one time thing. good luck with that!

by the way, don't you find it incredibly annoying when you keep having those constant FAs in a lucid? sure it's sorta cool cause it's like starting over again and you can do something new, but one time i had like... 6 in a row and it got reallly annoying.

Yes you're right, I tried my method this morning and I only saw some HI, but no lucid, even no dreams. But I couldn't concentrate, since my parents had to get up for work (I've got first 4 hours of school off )

And the false awakening stuph, well I kind of like it as a triumph when I recognize it. But I agree, after these 4 I also thought "OK, now is enough 8) ".

      I'll try again tomorrow.

Wow, I wish I had been so succesful when I first started lucid dreaming. Heck, I wish I was so succesful now! Sounds like lucid dreaming almost comes naturally to you. You're certainly much more rational in your dreams than I tend to be, save for rare occasions.

Just because your method doesn't work all the time, doesn't mean it doesn't work. I've proved many times that WILD, MILD, and DILD aren't 100% succesful. However, your method may just be a slight alteration of the WBTB method, which isn't to say it isn't a significant alteration.
Well life is short, so love the one ya' got, 'cause you might get run over or you might get shot.

      hi for me is different

(observation of different realms of thought) im rather beyond where most people are (not to sound like an ignorant ass) ive just accepted some things most people won't and i have a different (incredibly different) perception of reality

i can change what i see (its not random hi) sometimes its the room, sometimes its the inside of my head (can look out my third eye sometimes like this) or concentrating on the sound in the room until i can feel around me by sound
      or even seeing sound

and this is all as im drifting to sleep

and every now and then i'll feel like im getting sucked out my third eye (weird ass feeling if you've ever had it)

im just sayin its hard for me to 'jump in' because i dont get random imagery like most people do, but it sounds like it works awesome foryou so keep it up man

and it sounds like wbtb to me? perhaps your interacting with the physical world less time but same concept right?
      Why?
