My first ( purposely done) Lucid Dreams!!

I have been doing RCs all day and it has really has started to affect my dreams. I have had three dreams in a row which i turned lucid!!

The first one failed because i instantly awoke after realising, " Hey! This is a dream! " lol. The second I was, for some strange reason, trying to find my friend because she seemed upset.

The third, however, was really cool! I don't have a lot of experiences with LDs but i seemed to start off in London, which is strange as i live in Grimsby. Because of my constant RCs through the day, it has turned in to a habit and I instantly pinched my nose and tried to breathe and, to my great surprise, I could! I thought that I could maybe try and fly. I concentrated my energy and started to float! I couldn't believe it! My first flight being so easy! I flew around in all sorts of directions DBZ style. I really expected it to be hard because of many peoples experiences.

The flying had taken a lot of concentration and the areas around me began to blur so i landed. I remembered the spnning technique but I felt restricted by my sleeping body

I couldn't move properly, I think it's may be because i was waking up. Instead of spinning I just shook my head to simulate spinning and everything came back! I regained my movement too and carried on my adventures. Annoyingly though, i had an FA which I had thought to be real

I "awoke" and was telling people about my adventures of my LD and then I REALLY DID wake up lol

This is a proud moment for me as three in a night has basicly doubled my number of LDs!

Congratulations, good on ya, and all that!

Now that you've done it, you should find that it will come more easily.

However, it appears that you posted this message twice, in two separate topics. I'm sure it was an accident, but please try not to do that.

Would a mod with powers in this forum please erase the duplicate? Thank you.

Congratulations Kenomica on your LD ! I would like to ask you more about your RCs.

a) Was this your only day that you decided to do RCs all day long? Or did you practise frequent RCs for more than one day before becoming lucid?
B) How many RCs did you perform during the day? How often?
c) What kind of RCs did you do during the day? What kind of RC did help you recognize beeing in a dream at the end?

I only had 1 WILD so far, with no RC involved - just not seeing my hands was the hint. Anyway I was not able to reproduce WILD again, so I am thinking about starting with some serious RC-habit.

It was my second day. The first didn't reveal much for me as I was new and only managed to remember to do about 5 RCs. the second day, however, I managed at least thirty and it worked perfectly as I would make a habbit out of it, causing me to do it in my dreams almost instantly.

Pinching my nose was the only method I have used as I see that it is the only one with a 100% outcome
