YESSSS! in my first lucid i thought i was in a dream so I did an RC (plug nose and breath) when i did that i began to wake up so i began to spin (on the chair in my room...lol o and that worked) and then i tried to make a hot girl apper with me but she never did so I went upstares to see if i could do that somewhere else. i could not though but i hope to be able to be able to have one again

Congrats It's a great experince isn't it? I hope you have more soon Don't worry about not being able to conjure people up yet. Controlling dreams takes practice. I didn't manage to conjure someone up until my 5th lucid dream. Good luck!

congrat on your first LD I tried to conjure Pamela Anderson last night to no effect last night. When you try to make someone appear, try to think that they will be in a room you are entering, or around a corner, rather then in your line of vision. also, making up objects is easier then people

yeah, another good way is to shout "(insert name here) will be behind me!" then turn around. It's really cool because the feeling you have from your first lucid dream is exactly the same as your 100th you just wake up so excited and happy.

Congratz.... also, to conjure people its easier if you conjure them in places where they usualy are..... to conjure pamela anderson picture yourself in hollywood first for example
