      First Lucid! Cha-cha-cha

      First lucid.... it was .5 seconds but.... *overly content!* Super mega happy dance. YAY!!!!! AHHH!!!! Heres what happened... i was on msn and one of my really good friends started saying they hate me and i suck and i have no friends and I said... hey this cant be true! I must be dreaming! Bang... blackness.... bed warmth .... I opened my eyes and awoke in my bedroom.... AHHH!!! YAY!!!!! WOOOOO!!!!!!
      need to actually start like trying to LD i've pretty much started that now kinda.

      Good. I had a few of those before. But today was able to have a lucid dream that lasted about
      a half an hour. It was the first of a kind for me.

      I wake up quite often in the middle of the night or early in the morning so I'll try a WBTB tonight

      I don't know if the 5 seconds I got were better than the .5 you got though. Both probably consisted just of images fading
