      My lucid experience

The the other night i had a short lucid dream but i had no stimulation to control it. And last night i was in a dream and went into a lucid dream but i was in the same dream. I knew i was in a dream but i thought that the normal dream i just had was real. i cant remember what was in the normal dream but it had something to do with a bomb. So in my lucid dream i set the bomb off to see what happened because i knew it couldnt hurt me .Of course i felt the heat but the dream carried on becuase i knew i wasnt hurt. I went on my way to go back to where i was in the previous dream but there was a doorway.
Now in my lucid experience which is very short ive knoticed that when go into a LD and out its through a door.
So i thought this wen i saw the door and everything started going hazy. So i remember the tip i learned on here: to spin around.
This didnt work And i woke up ; or so i thought i was actually in another dream.
Now what i think is strange is that i recalled that dream to people in the next dream has anyone had an experience like this?

Yup. Those are called False Awakenings. They are very common. Some can be funny. Some can be horrifying. Most are good ways of attaining lucidity. You just have to kinda be prepared for them, because they happen a lot while lucid dreaming.

yeah I've had the same happen to me.
A while ago I had a Lucid dream that lasted about 15 minutes then I had a FA where I got up and told my housemate about the lucid dream I just had. The funny thing is I had a 'Dream Catcher' that had recorded my lucid dream and I was showing him footage of the LD on my computer.

The tirck is to say to yourself "the next thing I see will be a dream" while you are spinning and always RC wherever you end up, even if it is in your bed. I always RC whenever I wake up, I've managed to catch a lot of FA's by doing this.
      Are you dreaming or awake?
