Well in my normal dreams I dont feel pressure on my body, Ive been lucid once last night for the first time and there was no pressure either. Just like anytime in real life is how it feels. Although when you WILD you can get that pressure your talking about. Im no expert at all so dont qoute me on anything, im just letting you know what I think. So it was probably maybe SP.

SP occurs when you're REM sleeping. And from your description, it doesnt look like SP. Next time you wake up, do a quick RC, perhaps look at your digital clock, or see if anything is in its right place. It might be a FA.

If everyhting's okay, your body is probably just tired and needs some rest

      Welcome to Dream Views.

By the way, SP means Sleep Paralysis.

I don't experience SP that often. I tend to sleep right through it, I guess, but it is very common. Run a search on Sleep paralysis if you wanna find out if this is what's happenening to you.

Yeah it sounds exactly like Sleep Paralysis. I've never experienced it so I can't give much advice. I'd say maybe you just need some more, or better, sleep.
