      so i had my first successful WILD today...at least i think it was a WILD i dont think it was an OBE...so i was laying htere meditating for maybe 20 mins, this was the first time it actually worked then all i remember is being outside of my house listening to birds chirping ( i read a post the other day saying that this guy would use natures noises to meditate) then i look at my front door and notice its open, that is sumthing i would never do cuz i have had experiences wiht people breaking into my house, so i start running toward the door and at that point im like oooshit im dreaming, heres the funny part, right after i say im dreaming i throw up cuz the feeling from just laying htere meditating in real life to going straight into a dream kinda made me sick then i woke up

      dreams are real while they last, what more can be said about life??

      Really? That's very unusual! I've never heard any cases of this before. Did you actually chuck up? Perhaps it was the extremes between the actions. Going from lying there to running at top speed can't feel too good. Perhaps ween yourself in gently next time. Take a moment to take it in and stablise yourself. If you can meditate, your obviously patient
