      Wow...i need some explanations

Ok, if you want the full dream go to my dream journal http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=28295.

The following however is not in my journal:

I went to sleep at 6:30 pm and woke up at 11:30 pm. After repeated attempts to go to sleep I am guessing I finally did it around 4:00 am. I am gonna guess the rest of this was during my dream but I can't tell where the real world ended and the dream world began due to the false awakening.

Me and My friends have put each other to sleep via the the sleeper hold before. Right when you pass out some people let out one last breath. I felt like I did that but my eyes weren't closed which is why I think I was actually in the dream when it happened. This is where I am sure I was in the dream but wasn't fully aware of it yet. My cellphone was sundenly on my bed and was ringing (and when it rings it vibrates which why I am assuming my brain rationalized the vibrations with that of a cell phone.) My whole body could feel the vibrations, at first I was scared but then I decided they felt good so I let them continue. They stopped and when I looked up from my bed my door was open which is when I became aware I was in a dream.

My question is what were these vibrations? Accidental WILD due to sleep deprivaton?

Also, when I continued on in my lucid dream I was leaving my house and before I got out fully I became weak and felt as if there was a force field blocking me from leaving or something pulling me back into the house so as not to explore the rest of "my dream world".

Is this abnormal or has this experience been reported before?

Vibrations - likely the onset of sleep paralysis. Not necessarily due to sleep deprivation - we all go through this when we fall asleep; we just don't remember it.

An abnormal experience? - hell yeah, letting your friends put you to sleep using the sleeper hold is pretty fucking abnormal if you ask me

I don't mean to preach or anything but you should know, that shit can give you brain damage

Anyway, Yeah, the vibrations sound like SP. And the force you describe pulling you back into the house sounds like loss of dream control due to the fact that you are waking up. In a way your brain can't cope with the fact that you are walking around your house, yet you are lying in bed. Ususally it's either one or the other but in this case you are somewhere in between (which is why it becomes difficult to move) You may find that you are 'pulled back' in to sleep paralysis, which is ok because you should be able to get back out of bed again and into the dream world
      Are you dreaming or awake?

I haven't done that sleeper hold stuff since last year, I'm too scared now...lol

Anyway, So the force thing, I had a feeling it had to do with fading because it became a little blurry at that time I think.

Did I like fight it off which is why I continued with the dream?
