Thread: Was it an astral plane?

Ok, I had this dream tonight:
{even tho I recognized I was dreaming, I just went with the flow}
{This dream had a false awakening, during which I wrote down the whole dream, but then I woke up, and it caused me to forgets some details}

I've found myself in some kind of a dungeon. I remember seeing people, running around and somehow I knew we all are looking for some keys.
I remember using some secret passage, and noticing that I had the 4 neccesary keys.
(here things became weird)
I'm not sure if my body is a man or a woman one.
A humanlike male and an ork join me, and we go to the tower, above the dungeon. There is *Something* of great value/importance hidden there.
When we enter, I feel that I have to cheat them. So I rush out and hide. I see them looking for me, but soon they give up.
I fight some kind of beast, but this memory is evasive.
Soon I return in the chamber, and see my companions still there.
We get the thing (but I have no idea what it was), and I want to cheat them again. So once more I run out, and try to hide.
This time I'm hiding in some corner. My long black clothes conceal me very well. My sight becomes darker, and I feel that I'm becoming a shadow.
My mind tells me, that It's a dream, and so dream rule is applied:
" If you are afraid to get caught, you will get caught". Sure enough, someone attack me and snatches the artifact. I feel badly wounded, and weak. Yet I have no time to heal, I run after him/her.
We run down some stairs in a crypt, and I know what's gonna happen.
An undead creature of enormous power is gonna kill the thief.
However the creature acts not as I've expected - It wants to kill us all.
I see it launch 3 small energy balls on us. One directed at me misses.

I have a false awakening....

I couldnt describe the whole mystery of this dream in words. I dont think I made it interesting enough as well.
One thing for sure - This dream was totally different from all other dream I ever had....

While you were having this 'dream' did it feel more like you were more awake than asleep?

I had a lucid dream one time in which I was sure I was awake. That was the only 'dream' that I was 90+% sure I was in the astral.
