      Another Lucid...

hey everyone, its me spirit again

I had an LD this early afternoon..I had been woken up by my brother who came who at like 9am...then i stayed up for a little bit and just decided to go lay back down.

      [ Dream ]

I had an F/A--that's how my dream began--and I was hearing music inside my head-I cant remember who or what it was but it was almost like during WILD when you start hearing sounds..and AGAIN...my arm felt heavy and i could barely move it, i told myself to do an RC--plugged my nose and i could breath....So i got up out of bed--which resembled the treatment place i use to be at--and I went out into the hall way--now my vision kept getting messed up, i would be blind in one eye-my left one--which in real life is my lazy eye, so i rubbed my hand and yelled "Clarity/Lucidty Now"--which really didn't do much...I ended up outside with one of my old lady friends and it seemed like the place was flooded...My vision got messed up again and i later woke up..

      [ Dream Ended ]

It was a cool Lucid, but i felt like i was struggling through it..I dont know why my vision kept getting messed up but it did, and pointers on how i can fix it and why it even happens...Same goes for the F/A--arm thing--i've had that happen to me in a lot of my recent LD's...

      thanks

It may help to take your time and appreciate your surroundings when in these sort of unclear dreams. For example, you could slowly examine your surroundings and speak to yourself what you're seeing and acknowledge if you're having trouble seeing certain things. Trying to count your fingers (which requires a certain level of clarity) may clear things up.

Remember, like everything to do with dreaming, it's all in your head! You're the master of this world you've created. If it's unclear, then that just means your mind decided to have it that way, just as it decided to dream about being at school or work. You can switch to all the clarity you desire, if you know how. I believe there are some other suggestions and tested techniques in the tutorials section for improving dream clarity. Try some and see what works for you.

      Practice makes perfect.

Yeah, I've read this somewhere around the tutorials.

You should WATCH your sorroundings in real life, noticing the small details, and notify-ing what are you seeing. The same goes for other senses. And it wrote you should also do this in the dream world. These are the longrun techniques I read about.

So when you travel on tram or bus, don't just look out of your head, watch the things you see!
