First Lucid Dream!!!!
I feel so great
!!! I just had my first LD a few minutes ago. As soon as I got up I rushed to the computer just so I could write it down in detail. It's weird because last night was the first night I haven't taken B6. Anyway...
So I'm in the computer room and I just called Jenna (my sister) to see where she is. She tells me she's on the way home. A few minutes after, a that I have never seen walks out of the room, which is supposedly my sister's. I get up and keep asking her why she is here. She does not answer. All of a sudden, I realize it's a dream. Probable because I'm actually thinking logically about why she is in my house. I leap off my stairs and land on the bottom. I run right through my back door and take a huge leap into the air. I make a hard landing on the deck, so I get back up and say out loud "flying power on!". I then soar through the air until I meet up with a telephone pole which I'm afraid might shock me. I fall back onto the ground calmly. Then I wake up.
All I had to do was skip my B6 and just think about sleeping. I want to thank you all for constantly telling me not to give up. I wasn't being positive up to now. Now I feel wonderful

I'm so glad it lasted decently long for my first. Didn't fail when I got excited

I don't know how to rate it. The telephone pole got in my way of flying over the trees and lasting longer in my dream, but it was a huge learning experience for me.
- I don't have to take B6. I never did of course, but it just helped with my dreams.
- I woke up early in the morning and went back to sleep. Then I had my LD. I always thought it had to be 6 or 7 hours after I fall asleep. I guess it kinda falls under the rules anyhow.
It might have helped that I've been taking B6 for the past few few weeks. Also the fact that my stress has gone down and I've stopped having horribly, boring, dreams. I just feel so much more confident now

That's great!
There is nothing like being Lucid and being able to fly, is there?
You and I have some similarities in our first (and only...so far) LDs.
