      Does this count as #3?

Last night my sister called long-distance, and kept me up late on the phone. As a result I was extremely tired when I woke up, but having to stay awake and keep my kids in check (Ages 2&3 1/2) I was sitting on the couch cuddling with my 2 year old daughter, and waiting for my son's school bus to arrive. This is where the dream starts: I am sitting there as I was just before falling asleep, when I decided to go into my son's room to look out of the window to see if the bus was coming. when I walked in the room was completely clean, and there was a wash cloth hanging at the top of the window. I instantly said "Shit I am dreaming" and knowing that I was not supposed to be asleep, I woke myself immediately.
Funny because if you want to count this, then all 3 lucids occurred after (1) I was awake for at least a couple minutes. (2) My dreams contained what was actually happening in reality at that exact moment. (3) each started with a false awakening in my house, and contained my children immediately.
I used to be a pot smoker, but I did not dream then, now 2 months after quitting my dreams are back, and I am starting to realize the fact that I am dreaming again. I say again because I used to have lucid dreams when I was younger before being a pot-head. LOL. But back then, I thought everyone had lucid dreams, and I never knew that I could make my own decisions during a dream!

Oh ya that counts. You knew you were dreaming.

It's just too bad you had to wake yourself up instead of enjoying and exploring.

      Keep on keepin on man.

Yes, very good. For me, it is rare to suddenly realize I am dreaming, as RC's tend to fail for me. It just happens by chance.
