      Recent LD

Lately, I've been trying different approaches to my interaction with dream characters. My first couple attempts resulted in angering the dream characters by telling them that they were constructs of my mind. Recently though, I found myself in a dream where I was sitting in a bus full of people traveling through a city. I became lucid and ran to the front of the bus and told the driver to stop and let me out. He seemed annoyed and asked me why, and I said, "because I created you thats why!" His reaction was kind of strange. I remember him acting sort of flustered or embarassed, and he even chuckled a bit and said something like "okay, okay." So I got off the bus and started walking down the sidewalk in a residential area when I noticed this short fat man walking fast in front of me as though he were trying to elude me. I think he was even grumbling to himself as he was upset that I was lucid, or upset that I said that I created people. I found him amusing and I called for him to slow down and that I was sorry, but he just quickly entered his house. Next, I crossed the street to the fat man's neighbor's house where there was an older woman doing some gardening. She told me that she had never seen anyone make the fat man behave like that. I said to her, "well have you ever seen anyone do this?" As I said this I pointed my hand at a the old woman's dog which was playing on the lawn beside us. I willed the dog to levitate into the air, and I guided him in about ten feet into the air and carefully let him land softly back in the grass. The dream ended soon after, either that or I just entered a new dream.
The second dream of this night was rather uneventful, but I was lucid and it ended with me watch this guy get out of his car in a parking lot. I could tell that this man was aggressive. He said something mean to me like "get out of my way!" I told him that I was sorry, and let him walk past. As he was further away I got the urge to confront him. So I called him a "construct." He quickly turned around and started to approach me calling out, "you think you're ready to take me on!?" or something like that. I woke up immediatly, probably because I was scared.
Maybe this guy was a "scout" as has been recently discussed here. I'm not sure but whenever I become lucid, there is almost always some there that is pissed off at me for being lucid.

Very interesting lucid dream..... I read it and thought - wow - these people don't know that you are the dream master. It makes me more convinced that this world we dream could be real and we just "think" we are creating it all.

You know, maybe we really dream ourselves into a whole new world and by being aware we are blessed with certain powers that these people in our dreams don't have. Just a thought. Everytime I read someone's lucid story I think something different, as everyone's story is different.

So fascinating. I'm just shocked that more people don't pay attention to this dream world we all live in.

      Blissful

Thanks. Last night I found myself having to deal with two VERY annoying constructs. They were not aggressive, they were just kind of defiant and wacky. I really wanted to get rid of them, so I tried as best as I could to make them disappear. I've never made anyone disappear before, and it didn't work. I devised a plan to stump one of the constructs with a question. I asked one of them what his favorite musical instrument was. I asked this because I am a musician and I play a small variety of instruments. I guess it was kind of an experiment to see if he would answer using my own personal knowledge. But the constructs were finally silenced, and one of them led me into a room where an old woman was sitting alone. I asked the woman if she was a "special person" and she said yes. We had a short mild conversation with nothing profound said. At the end of the conversation she did kind of morph into a strange fish-like creature, but I've seen that sort of thing before. Now I'm not so sure there was anything particularly special about her.
