Auto-portrait
I had this lucid dream the other night, months ago
It was one of my first LD since I stopped a year ago. I was in a small room, which looked like a psychologue cabinet (I want to become a psychologist). On the wall there was diplomas and painting. I recall seeing one clearly, called auto-portrait. On it you could see 4 people, a hangman, a widow, an painter and a farmer. The whole set was in a forest near a rocky road, you could see a village far behind, it was in automn.
What is wierd is that I think it's 4 elements of my personality...
- Hangman: I tried to commit suicide 4 years ago
- Widow: Tend to be depressed and insecure by times
- Painter: My artistic persona, I play music and write stuff
- Farmer: I'm working hard on my futur and on the plans I make for myself
Do you think my subconscious could have create such thing or it is just me that could have interpreted this picture my way ? Because it truely got me thinking...

It is definitly possible that the subconcious creates a dream image for a certain reason such as this. Although people often look for meaning in the most irrelevant dreams, there's a good chance that you're right in this instance.
You see, it's not about your subconcious wanting to show you this. Your subconcious is not a person. It does not want things, nor does it make plans to show you something. Dreams, however, are (or at least can be) reflections of your personality, since they are based on expectation and motivation and you can definitly learn from them if you know when something you see is worth interpreting.
This seems like it might very well be an accurate interpretation, and you might be able to learn something from it, depending on what else was happening at that point in the dream. So I suppose you might think about that.

Yeah, I do know about subconscious and stuff, cuz i'm studying psychology, but thanks for your post man, I can see more through it now... But sheesh, these LDs are crazy, I crave for more !!!

You might want to try summoning a manifestation of your subconcious in a lucid dream too. You'll be able to ask it questions and such, and besides that, the shape and manner in which it comes to you might tell you something about yourself.
Just a thought.

That idea is just awesome, i'd die to see what my subconscious self looks like (well, the image i'd put on it). I love these kind of stuff, imagine all the answer I could get on myself doing so... That's just wicked man, but i'll have to get better to do so, i'm still at the stage where the only thing that comes to my mind when becoming lucid is to have s**... i'll work on that lolll
