      Three LD's in one night!!!

I don't believe it. After several weeks of sub-standard dream recall I get three lucid drams within two hours. I shall retell my story. My alarm clock goes off at three o'clock as always and I get up and write in my DJ that I had a dream I could remember nothing about . I go back to sleep and get a reasonable quality LD out of nowhere. I get up and put it in my DJ and go back to sleep feeling nice and pleased with my self. Second later I'm in a dream and my lights don't seem to be working. I take this as a dream sign and do a RC. I have an even better LD in which I almost get to fly . I go and put it in the DJ and go back to sleep. I then get a long dream that ends with me becomeing lucid and I spend the dream floating around (still cant fly properly). I wake up in an almost estatic state of glee and then get ready for school.

Whilst showering praise upon me, does anyone else get one LD and then get a ton more in one night? That was THE best night I've ever had.

      Congrats on that.

I happened to be lucky enough to have 2 lucid dreams yesterday night. I'd never gotten more than one before on a single night. Unfortunately, something was wrong with my dream control (in other words, I was undermining my own LD) in both cases.

I ascribe this succes to the fact that I'd explained about (lucid) dreaming the day before, which was fun since I was talking about it to my neighbours, who were genuinely interested in it (I'll preach to anyone about lucid dreaming whether they're interested or not, but I have more fun doing so the more they care).

That's really good Harkell, enjoy your dreams. Keep track of what you're doing!

      Lucidity Fringe

If I go in and out of lucidity though the night, could I conceivably have dozens or 100's of lucids in one night? Last night was like that. I was on the fringe of lucidity almost the whole night. I became lucid when I looked at myself in the mirror and saw that I looked like one of the Jackson 5 with a big afro.

No, getting lucid twice in the same dream only counts for one LD. Two have two lucid dreams on the same night (or more), you'll need to become lucid on two (or more) dreams during that night

I just had another two last night!!! Although I couldn't remember one (as such it didn't qualify to be recorded in my DJ) and I forgot to do any cool stuff in the other one (I was so busy trying to keep it stable) but it was the lucidest (is that a word) one I ever had.

I actually lucked out. I wasn't using any induction method at all (my dream recall has a lot of room for improvement).
