      Will Power Lucid Dreaming.

Allright..this has been made before (I don't know who made it...) but this technique got me 3 ld's in one night!

All i did was i lie down in bed..i fell asleep, woke up at 1:00 a.m,and wanted to have a LD

Well...i didn't want to get up and do a WBTB...so i just started saying to myself
"I will have a lucid dream..." At first when i said it,I had that little feeling of doubt...all i did was repeated it untill there was no doubt!

I fell back asleep and BAM! The LD hit me like a brick...I awakened from that dream, and started saying to myself "I will re-enter the dream" I said that untill there was no doubt in my mind...

Once again i fell back asleep and re-entered the dream, although it was a different scenerio,I didn't care..I awakened from that dream, and once again said to myself...

"I will have a lucid dream.." untill there was no doubt! Again...it happened..

I can understand if you don't bieleve me,i thought i would share this technique with the rest of you

I'm sorry if i am in the wrong forum..

And can someone tell me why this technique worked?

      Thanks

That would be a technique originated by Stephen LaBerge called MILD, or extremely close to it.

Man... if I could manage three good LDs in a night at will with a given technique, I'd consider myself golden.

Wait, you had 3 LD's, but of what quality? And how long?

MILD Is amazingly underated. You can have LDs practically everynight when you master this one!

Well..my first LD was long enough for me to..jump off a train on my skateboard...bomb a perfect Mt.Everest sized hill...and then create my own personel town...Although the town wasn't perfect..some parts were 'being renovated..' and looked like a construction zone..tonight i will try to find my town..then work on it..Well...the girls in the town certanly made up for the construction zones

The second one...well...i re-entered my town, and flew around, maybe the second Ld was....5-15 minutes in dream time.

The third one..that was a short one..each morning i wake up at 6:30 so..five minutes real time..

Nah...I'm still gonna consider myself close to the bottom on the great LD totem pole..

      Thanks anyways

No luck, but I haven't had any recall for three days now, I'm starting to get annoyed.

I tried almost an identical method to this (MILD) and i also had 3 LDs in one night, however, none were that long, but the success rates are quite high
