      First lucids - or DALDs

I want to classify these as DALDs (dreams about lucid dreams), but I've heard that they're real ones. The feeling of lucidity lasted for a few minutes, then my dream self took over.

I was in my room and I looked at my hands. Suddenly bright yellow text flashed that said "You are in a lucid dream!" I stood up and got excited, then woke up in my original dream. (Not a lucid to me because I didn't really know I was dreaming)

I was in my house, just sorta standing there. Instinctively I pinched my nose and breathed in...the whole house started spinning and I tried to yell, but I couldn't. I rubbed my hands together. After it had stabilized, I ran outside and created an apple and a moonbelt (to fly with). I got bored and wanted wings, but my brother put some fake ones over my head. I woke up soon afterwards. (The first part was sorta lucid, but after the spinning it was a normal dream)

I was at school in history and I looked at my hands. They moved back and forth, like I had vertigo. I knew at once I was dreaming, but just in case I did the nose trick. After that initial moment I did completely random and stupid things because I could. I ran outside and started jumping over cars that were trying to hit me. I got scared and ran across the field. For some reason they called 911, and I realized that the phone company was gonna try and stop me from dreaming. I ran into my Math classroom and sat in my seat. Everyone was freaked out and wanted to help me. But they got through the top window and a mean lady cut a telephone line. I tried the nose trick but it only worked halfway. I drove home sad. "I'm not in a dream anymore." (The first part, before the vertigo, felt lucid but after I felt the wind rush through my nose it was a normal dream AGAIN....)

Are these really my first lucids (although a few seconds long), or just a dream about lucids? And how do I get to having a lucid like reality?

      Yep - you were lucid,

The next time you try spinning, do so with intent. Decide where you want to be, close your eyes and spin hard. If you don't care where you end up, at least keep reminding yourself you are dreaming while you do it. It isn' t uncommon to spin right out of a lucid dream and into a normal one if you aren't prepared a bit.

Well, I think what happened was after I became lucid the house started spinning, not me. I think after that I fell out of lucidity. Still, none of these dreams actually felt like real lucid dreams. I didn't have any control or senses - I only really knew I was dreaming for a second. Then I was just watching myself in a lucid dream, which leads be to believe this was a DALD.
