      My spinning is bad

Last night i had a lucid dream (yay my 2nd) but before i came lucid, my dream i had was the longest dream i had because i can only remeber snippits of that dream and i knew a lot of parts was missing. Even if i recalled i doubt i would remeber any of it because it was so long . Any way my lucid dream was a bit strange because i couldn't dream spin. What i mean by this; i was spinning but the sceneory i wanted wasn't there. I tried to do several attempts and even people in my dreams tried to help me but i couldn't. I think i had a bit of doubt when i was doing it but i was trying to do it.
Anyway despite of that i think my talent lyes in doing it it more of a hands on approach. What i mean by this is that i made a big fissure in the ground when i decided i wanted that and put my hands out. I then made larva erupt from it and it was like a fountine of larva coming out. It was a nice deep crimson red but i didn't stay long to admier the master peice i did because i wanted to do some spinning which faild but i think it put more clarity in the dream though.

Plus before i went to bed i had some lemon and ginger tea and i'm not sure if that helped me to lucid so i shell test this all week.(ginger helps your digestion system so it might help you to relax in your sleep, not sure about lemon can people tell me about this)
Im not afraid of the dark, its whats in it.
*the lights turn off and the whole room goes dark*
Oh im fin- Ahhhhhhhh its a scary figment of my imagination.

I've never really been able to do the spinning. So don't feel bad. I guess I can spin, but everytime I do I get very very dizzy, even though they say you shouldn't. So I never try dream spinning. I just try to use the hand rubbing technique to keep lucid.

A couple of times I tried spinning slower and changing the scenery, but that didn't work for me either. Just made me dizzy and the same scenery was there. Then when I get up I stumble all over the place and usually wake up.

Don't feel bad about not being able to remember the whole dream either. If I have a really long LD by the time I wake up I can't really remember the first of it either. Maybe it will come with practice. If it is a shorter one, like 10-15 minutes, then I'm pretty good about remembering it all and all the details. Ones that I've had recently that were 45 minutes long i can only remember the tail end of it very well, the rest is a blur.

I tried spinning once, but I ended up on a cliff of all places... and I was so dizzy I fell off.
