      "The Raid"

This dream actually happened on 6/8/06 but I was delayed from putting it up.

This is my first dream that is even close to lucidity. In this dream I didn't know I was in dream but I could control all my actions and not just watch and go along with it.

      Dream: "The Raid"

The dream stared off in an arabian desert setting. It was a barren desert but to the west was an endless mountain wall. In the middle was a fort/gate that lead through the mountain wall to a enclosed mountain valley (kind of like if you went to the bottom of the Grand Canyon) that lead to a beautiful oasis. The fort had 15ft arabian style open windows along the entire east and west side.

My dream vision vision zoomed in to me. I was on top of the fort staring off into the east. I was wearing all white arabian clothing with a small blue turban that wrapped around my face and I had a golden gelt that held a golden sheath that contained a falchion. So in short I looked like an arabian ninja.

As I starred off into the east I saw an army heading our way, it was big but it looked like a challenge. I turned around and jumped into a hole in the floor that lead inside. I landed on inside balcony type path that lead to a stairway the lead to the ground some 50ft below me, but I decided to take the short way. I vaulted over the railing and did a flip land like Kadaj from FFVII AC. I walked to the gate where one of my friends was waiting.

He asked me "What are we dealing with?" I replied in a deep voice that didn't really sound like mine which tipped me off something was wrong here but I continued to say "Raiders from the north, possibly Huns." He looked at me kind of worried and asked me "How many?" I replied again calmly "100 or so on camel back the leader is on the elephant."

The leader of the raiders was very muscular. He looked almost looked like Barret from FFVII except he looked of mongolian descent. He was bald, wore black arab pants, blue open vest and wielded claws in his right hand (think wolverine but the claws are attached to a handle). I believe his name was Hanz (heh, a Hun named Hanz, what are the odds of that )

He yelled out "Surreneder or die!!!" I yelled back "You shall not pass!" He yelled out furiously "Then prepare to meet thy end!"

As he said that he rammed through the gate with his elephant and raiders poured in. The second he rammed through Pirates of the Caribean fighting music came on (the music at the part where Jack was fighting Barbossa). Some of my men on camels were running away trying to get their animals under control. The Hun leader yelled out "You wish to defend this valley when you can't even control the very steads you ride upon!" After cutting through three guys I backfliped seven feet into the air and landed on a six foot high wall behind me. I looked toward the valley gate and saw my men running after their camels. I yelled out "HO!!!" and the camels stopped and the men got on them and rode back to the battle.

I looked in front of me as a fuzzy headed raider came at me on a camel. He swung his sword at me as I jumped over it. As I fell I grabbed his hair and pulled his head downward then I jumped again and elbow slammed the back of his head. He got back upright and looked at me insanely. He was about to strike when I dove under his camel wall runned upward on another six foot wall section, then turned around and lunged toward him. I cut right through him and landed on the previous wall section. I looked through the gate windows as raiders stared shooting arrows at me. I started running/jumping across the many wall sections that were along the eastern side of the fort that lead to the other side. I jumped as something exploded below me and I stabbed my sword into th side of a rectangular stone pillar. I was suspended some 25ft from the ground hanging onto the sword. I saw more arrows come toward me so I faced the pillar and forced my body 180 degrees vertically around my sword and jumped as I pulled out my sword and arrows punctured the spot where I had been. I landed on top of the pillar some 30ft and jumped again as the pillar was bombed.

This is where the dream fades out.

What a way to end a six year dry spell!!! When I gain voluntary lucidlity, I'm going to resume that dream and defeat my lucid nemesis Hanz!!!

      Awesome dream!

There is nothing better than doing some insane acrobatics while in a battle like that, now is there?
