      3rd lucid... getting closer

I had my 3rd Lucid dream two nights ago. The part of the dream that I was lucid didnt last long but The dream as a whole was very long. The first par I remember was standing in the kitchen looking at the loor all of our pets were walking around wanting to be fed. I saw a stuffed animal on the ground it was a cat, it got up and started to walk around with the other pets. For some reason this uterly freaked me out, I was truely horified that this inanimet object was walking. This is when i realized wat this cant be happening i held my nose and I could breathe, I stood there a while breathing through my nose. I maneged to stay calm, but then I felt tired I could not keep my head clear and. I lost consciousness like I was going to sleep. Then I had the rest of the dream which was very detailed and a bit odd but I'll put the rest of it in the dream jurnal.

You'll totally be able to do it! I am a firm believer that everyone is capable, and people who started having lucid dreams at a younger age were mostly coincidental (for example, in my case I had two things to contend with as a child: I always had nightmares, and I always had to pee. I also had (and still have) a really active imagination. The combination probably helped me figure the whole thing out).

Keep journaling! My roomate had his first lucid dream this year, and it was after a week of heavy dream journaling. A regular dream discourse is definetly key.
