I have had six lucid dreams in about 3 months of trying. I seem to get them when I wake up early (5 o'clock) on a Sunday and than go to sleep again anyway:

(1) My first lucid dream was set in a house for people with the same physical disability as me, although no one, incl. me, had it. I chose a bedroom. The first floor room had SNES consoles; second PSOnes; third XBoxes. I settled for 3rd and set up a bed. I become lucid at random. I jump twice ut gravity catches me. I think, I can fly, and at that point I do, just like superman (one arm outstretched). I can rotate on all axes. The other people, small kids of about 7, are scared and run into an opposite house. I shrink the house until it is no more. I wake.

(2) I am in my workplace. I am lucid, wiondrin' wat to do. I go internet, but it is all mushy and unclear. I look up at a TV. It is a game show. I enter it and then wake.

(3) A dream at workplace. There is a elevator that is not normally there. I go on, come to the night sky, become lucid, fly, wake.

(4) A recurring wake. I start in my room, it has floral wallpaper (don't think so!). I become lucid but try to fly and I can only translate my body slightly. I wake up, but the quilt as I pull it off me keeps on reseting to the original position. I wake many times, enough to contemplate that I am in some kind of coma. I hear someone in the bathroom. I fight against my quilt and manage to get out of bed, but the quilt clings to me and restricts my movement. I try looking at the clock, but the quilt resists the turning of my head. I set myself the target of opening the door, but before I do, I wake. Someone is indeed in bathroom, and quilt is in the position it kept reseting to.

(5) A weird dream. Part of it: I am in a large building, with wooden floors and white walls. I am lucid and flying. I wake up, thinking it is real life. I am in a sofabed. Person A comes in and explains that he phoned a helpline aiding lucidity. I listen to it, I hear 'He watched the TV programme, now he has to write an essay on it.' I think 'This is the kind of absurd things that happen in dreams', not reaklising I was in a dream, at a time.

(6)A christmas dream. I realised it was a dream because it had just been xmas in real life (well 2 months ago). I told person A and B that i wasgoing to wake up.Person A said, 'No, lets extend the dream so you can be lucid'.

These are not full details, just part of the dreams.

I find it unusual that in 2 of 6 lucid dreams, a dream character (the same dream caracter in both) helps me become lucid.
