For those of you who dont know, I have been a "fan" to LDing for about a year and a half. During that time I have had several LDs that lasted 1 second or less, and 1 that lasted about 4 seconds. The LD I had last night was the best one yet.

I was on a motorcycle, driving along the area of my elementary school (I have not been there in 15 years, its funny how your mind will throw stuff in sometimes). There were 2 or 3 other motorcycles driving along the same area with me. One of the motorcycles, had a side-car, was in front of me. The person that was in the side-car turned around and I saw that he had a shotgun. I wasnt scared, as much as I was annoyed. I instantly thought to myself, that I should fly to get out of this situation (this is where I realized I was LDing). These sort of helicopter blades came out of my back and opened up above my head. (and this is where I had control of my dream) It felt like I was wearing them as a back-pack, although I didnt see myself "wearing" them so much as they kinda just apeared from my back. I flew around above the elementary school, and when I turned around, I saw the area that should have been a playground, was actually the ocean. I started to fly towards that direction, but woke up.

Entire dream was about 20 seconds, which just blows my old LD record of about 4 seconds out the window

I'm really excited now, because in my last 2 LDs, I was flying without more than just a thought of it - which is one of the main things I always wanted to do in LDs.

Very cool man, as long as you keep making progress you know that eventually you'll be able to do anything.

What I'd advise you to do is get a clearer idea of what you want to do, instead of letting the dream take you where it wants to.
"What if all the world you think you know
      Is an elaborate dream?
And if you look at your reflection
Is it all you want it to be?"
