Two out of the three times I've used B6 I've had LDs. But both times the dreams have been kind of violent/strange. In the first one, I was trying to find someone to fight because I wanted to use Matrix-style martial arts on them. In the second one, I wanted to change myself into a monster to scare people. These are not normal things I like to do in my LDs so I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this when using B6.

I used B6, and did not get any results. I realize that results vary from person to person though...But yeah, it didn't work for me, so no...I didn't get the same results.

I tried B6 one time... about three nights ago. I'd say it worked but considering I only tried it once it could be just coincidence. I had two very vivid dreams... they both were rather strange though... I've read elsewhere that it makes them strange for some people. Also once I woke up I couldn't get back to sleep... I intend to do more testing in this matter... but everything got put on hold when I had my first super awesome LD a day ago.

How much / how often did you take it, Gwen?

      To Skywatcher:
Yeah, I've definitely noticed this with B-6. They aren't always more violent (though often they are) but they are definitely more vivid and intense, so the ones that may start of a little violent, usually end up spiralling out of control and much more violent/intense than others.
It's usually a gamble, with me, when I take B-6 - On one hand, I love to have the more vivid (and usually more frequent) dreams that it gives me, but on the other hand, I get apprehensive because a lot of times they turn into something that's just a little too much for me to handle. Haha.

I agree about the vividness. That's a definite plus. They seemed more real and intense. However they also seemed to be short-lived. Both of my LDs with B6 were over in 2-3 minutes. Not sure if that’s related or not. I think I'll experiment more with it - maybe the dosage is the problem. I took 100MB the first time (no LD,) then 50MG the next two times.
