I was just thinking of something, when you WILD, is it important to do it when you have slept for like 4 hours or so, and then wake up to WILD. Or can you do it just before you go to bed, maybe it doesn't matter? |

The best time to WILD is after 5+ hours of sleep. People have WILDed when first going to bed, but it is mush more common to do it later. |

Hmm.. But after you've slept lets say 5 hours, then wake up again, stay up for like 30 mins and then go to bed again n' try to WILD. Doesn't the whole Sleeping process start over again I mean entering a Delta sleep? |

I find the best time to try a WILD is when you're feeling tired. The only thing to remember when attempting a WILD is to remain conscious. So when you're tired u fall asleep easily and it takes less time to enter the dream state. Just make sure u remain conscious. I think the reason it might work better after hours of sleep is because we feel tired after waking up. Good luck! |
