Thread: First Ld

So I really did not know that much about Lucid Dreaming. A good friend of mine had been telling me about his experiences with it and that's pretty much as far as I went into getting more info about it.

Then 2 nights ago I had just gotten home from the gym and fell asleep really early, at about 8pm. I woke up about 4 hours later and spent the next hour or so talking to a friend on the phone.

As soon as I roll over and decide to go back to sleep I almost instantly fall into a dream. In the dream I was staring at a bright green grasshill in the darkness of night. Im not sure what it was, I was pretty much just staring at it when I realized I was dreaming. At this point everything changed, I felt my eyes being open, it really felt like I was dreaming with my eyes open, but I guess it probably just felt that way. At that point in the dream I just started opening my mouth over and over again because I could feel the skin moving as I did it. I can't really describe the experience, it just felt like for once I had the sense of feeling in a dream. I then went from staring at this grass hill to looking straight into a mirror as I keep opening my mouth. I woke up after being in the dream for probably 4-5 minutes. Great experience for something that would seem so plain.
