1) Maybe you didn't sleep long enough, when I sleep sometimes I wake up for no reason around 6:00 and out of habit I try and remember my dreams, then I fall asleep thinking about dreams and sometimes have lucids then. Sometimes I wake up at 1:00 and do the same thing but I don't have lucids, I might not even remember my dreams. Anyway everyone's sleep cycle is a little bit different, do an ILD technique at a time they usually work for you. |
