The next dream i had around christmas last year, but still wonders me...I know about the concept of lucid dreaming, but am still not sure wheater i was having a lucid dream or not...

Around christmas last year, during daytime, i was feeling very hungry. Earlier that they i'd been asking myself if i should do some grocery-shopping, but decided there was enough food in the house. So...being hungry i decided, before cooking, to ly down on the couch for a little while. The tv was on and the lights in the christmastree were burning.

Well, i then was lying on the couch asking myself what to cook for dinner. Asking myself the same question as earlier that day...wheater i should go to the supermarket or not. I stood up from the couch and went to the kitchen. I opened the fridge. It was almost empty, but on the bottomshelf i saw a little bag with food. I picked it up and studied the inside. It was some kind of mixture, supposed to be eaten with rice. I couldn't remember having bought this, but thought it would be oke to eat. I studied what the ingredients were and looked if the mixture wouldn't be too spicy. The text didn't say anything about being spicy or not, but it said that first the sunflowerpits (don't know if you name them 'pit'?) had to be removed.
I grabbed a cooking pan out of a cupboard and put it on the stove. Then i opened the little bag in order to throw the mixture in the pan. While doing that i suddenly spilled some of the mixture on the floor. I bent down to clean it and while doing that i looked at the christmastree for a second.
Instead of seeing the left side of the christmastree, which i should have seen because the kitchen is on that side, i saw the right sight of the christmastree (at the side of the couch i was lying on). But i wasn't surprised at all.
Then it was like i woke up. I realized that i had been in the kitchen and now was looking at my livingroom and kitchen. They seemed twice as large as normal, but at that point i didn't find that abnormal (thinking i was awake).
Again it was like i woke up. I saw that the tv was on and could see the burning christmaslights...nothing unusual. I saw that the door to the balcony was open. It was in the midst of winter, but the open door also didn't surprise me. Through the window i saw people sitting in the backyard. The backyard was where my balcony is, but this also looked normal.
Then suddenly a man came through the dooropening, entering my house. He walked in the direction of the kitchen. At this point i began to realize things...how could this man come into my house? Hey, why is my door open? What are those people doing in my backyard, while i even don't have a backyard?
I became curious...wondering who this man was and why he'd entered my house. I wondered if he was going to cook for me. I looked around, but the man had dissapeared.
Then again it felt like i woke up. I couldn't move my legs and arms and slowly felt how i was standing up. At that point i knew that i was leaving my body, because at the same time i had that feeling of being paralysed.
It felt like i was 2 persons in one body...or more: i was confronted with two sides within myself. The one that felt the paralysis and a huge fear...so much fear for leaving my body that i grabbed the pillows of the couche very tightly. The other one who was so curious after that strange man in the house...the one who wanted to stand up and go looking for him.
Unfortunedly the one with the fears had won. I woke up and realized it all had been a dream. I really laughed about it all, but also was dissapointed that there still is so much fear in me...fear to just let go (that's how it feels) I found it also very interesting that i had been conscious of the 2 sides within me...

Is this lucidity or just false awakenings???

lucid dreaming is defined as being aware that you're dreaming during a dream. Unless you knew you were dreaming during the dream, then it wasn't a lucid dream.
